CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans sometimes need to change. To ensure that I can accommodate as many clients as possible and maintain the efficiency of my schedule, I kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your upcoming hair appointment. Late Cancellations: If you find it necessary to cancel or reschedule your appointment within less than 24 hours of the scheduled time, I may charge a fee of 20% of the service scheduled, which we can discuss upon cancellation. No-Shows: In the event of a no-show without prior notice, I may charge a fee of up to 50% of the service scheduled and future appointments may require a deposit.
